Caseworker - Ms. Sercander joined our office in 2011. She has 20 years of experience with various human services agencies in Orange County, including the Dispute Resolution Center, the Youth Advocate Program, and the Middletown Alcohol Crisis Center. She holds a B.S. in Adolescent Psychology and Juvenile Delinquency from SUNY Empire College.
