ASHLEY SALTE, Esq.

Managing Attorney - Special Programs.  Ashley Salte joined the Children’s Rights Society’s Project SPEAK in 2014, where she handled matters relating to Education Law and Advocacy. In September, 2022 Ms. Salte  transferred to our Family Court litigation program where she represents children in matters of abuse and neglect, custody and visitation, family offenses, guardianship, persons in need of supervision and juvenile delinquency matters.  She was previously employed in private practice as an Associate at Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde.  Ms. Salte also served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, and a Law Clerk to the Honorable Margaret Mary McVeigh in the Superior Court of New Jersey.  She holds a B.A. in Sociology from SUNY Albany, and a J.S. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey.
