Staff Attorney - Ms. Horaz joined the Children's Rights Society in 2005. She is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and the Buffalo School of Law. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Orange County. She is a past recipient of the "Outstanding Young Lawyer" award from the Orange-Sullivan Chapter of the NYS Women's Bar Association. She was named an "Orange County Rising Star" and is a graduate of the Leadership Orange Class of 2009.
